Intelligent energy systems for industrial and commercial customers
For businesses, energy has long been more than just infrastructure. Rising energy costs, grid constraints, supply security and sustainability targets make energy a strategic factor.
HPTurbo.Tech plans, installs and maintains integrated energy systems for commercial buildings, industrial buildings and production facilities. We combine electricity generation, heat, cooling, storage, load management and intelligent control into a system that lowers your operating costs, stabilises your processes and reduces your dependence on the public utility grid.

Lower costs, more stable processes and greater independence
Managing rising energy costs is a major challenge for many companies. At the same time, requirements for supply security, CO₂ reduction and predictable operating costs are increasing.
A single device usually cannot solve these tasks. What matters is an overall system that intelligently coordinates energy generation, storage and consumption. Photovoltaics, battery storage, combined heat and power, thermal storage, cooling generation, generators and load management can achieve significantly more together than separately planned individual solutions.
Integration into your production process
We offer solutions for integrating efficient energy generation into buildings, technical systems and production processes. It is not just about generating electricity or heat, but about aligning energy flows with your operations.
If your production requires heat, cooling, compressed air, high electrical loads or a stable supply, we plan a system that takes these requirements into account. Energy can then be supplied not only more cost-effectively, but also more precisely and securely.
Gain full visibility of your energy management
With dashboards individually tailored to your system, you always know where energy is generated, needed and consumed in your building. Monitor systems, plant areas and production processes live and identify optimisation potential at a glance.
Manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic process control
Combine plant, system and process control in one central user interface. Your processes remain accessible on all platforms, easy to operate and flexibly controllable – without additional licence fees.
Monitor all relevant energy flows
Visualise your energy consumption and energy flows in real time – regardless of whether it is electricity, heat, gas, water, compressed air or fuel. This lets you see at any time where energy is consumed, stored or can be used more efficiently.
Combined heat and power and CHP units
Combined heat and power systems generate electricity and usable heat at the same time. For commercial and industrial customers with regular heat demand, this can be particularly attractive because the energy used is utilised multiple times.
Depending on the application, conventional CHP units, turbine-driven CHP systems or other generator solutions may be suitable. The generated heat can be used for space heating, hot water, process heat or, in combination with suitable technology, also for cooling.
HPTurbo.Tech designs, installs and maintains such systems and integrates them into your complete energy management system.
PV systems, battery storage and load management
Commercial and industrial buildings often offer large roof areas that can be used for photovoltaics. To use the generated electricity as economically as possible, we combine PV systems with battery storage, load management and intelligent control.
Battery storage can increase self-consumption, smooth power peaks and support critical consumers. For very fast or very high power requirements, short-term storage, power electronics or other technical solutions may also be useful depending on the application.
The decisive factor is not the battery alone, but the question of when energy should be generated, stored, consumed or held back.

Autonomy is also possible
For certain companies, supply security is a central issue. Production downtime, grid interruptions or power limits can cause high costs. With today's technical possibilities, solutions can be planned that significantly reduce your dependence on the public grid or, in certain cases, even enable largely autonomous operation.
This can combine PV systems, battery storage, CHP systems, generators, thermal storage, intelligent consumer control and local energy management.
We analyse your requirements and show you which level of autonomy or supply security is technically and economically reasonable.
A system that grows with your company
Energy requirements change. New machines, additional production lines, e-mobility, different tariffs, new legal requirements or rising load peaks can quickly push an existing system to its limits.
That is why we plan modularly. New technologies can be integrated later without having to rethink the entire concept. This makes your company more flexible and future-proof in the long term.
Energy management becomes a competitive advantage
The real heart of a modern energy system is the control system. A central platform coordinates energy flows in real time and decides when energy is generated, stored or used – aligned with the building, production and availability.
This makes energy more predictable. Costs become easier to control, processes more stable and dependence on external influences decreases.
A local control system also increases operational safety because key functions do not have to depend on a permanent cloud connection. At the same time, monitoring, remote access, reporting and alarms can be integrated where they are useful.
