BMS (Basic Maintenance Service Agreement) :
- Warranty 2 years or 10’000 h (All interventions during warranty period included for time and spare parts)
- 24h emergency standby
- 1 small (SS) or large maintenance service (LS) included every 7’500 working hours of the EnerTwin
- Travel time and working time included for maintenance service
- Spare parts not included for maintenance service
- Contract term 20 years with cancelation after every service, payment at the beginning of new 7’500h maintenance period.
